Linebacker Quinton Bell will have a chance to make the 49ers’ 53-man roster this summer.
Bell worked out for the 49ers on Tuesday and Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that the NFC West team will sign him after that tryout. Defensive end KJ Henry also landed a job during Tuesday’s workout.
Bell spent the last three seasons with the Dolphins. He appeared in 24 games and recorded 35 tackles, three tackles for loss, a sack, a forced fumble and a fumble recovery during his time in Miami.
Prior to joining the Dolphins, Bell appeared in games for the Falcons and Buccaneers. He had three tackles in nine appearances for those clubs.
